Casino Night Friday, Sept 20th with FREE buffet. Lots of Great Prizes. People dressed up western theme.

5th Annual Mentone Chili Cook-off, Oct 5th Chili Cookoff held on October 5th at the Lot on Wabash. There were 12 Crockpot entries. We had vendors, ponies and a local band. The winners are 1st Place Kristi Juarez, 2nd Place Bill Goodman, and People’s Choice Angie Grisafe-De LA Rosa

Film Festival The Film Festival was held on Nov 12th and 13th. There was a Red Carpet photo opportunity with the winners and film makers. Our own Film 'The Zanja Creek" 200th Anniversary Won for Best Documentary. The film festival was held at Mill Creek Cattle Co Diamond Jim's Opera Hall.

The Historical Mural Dedication was held on Saturday November 23rd from 1:00- 3:00 PM The Field Rep from 3rd District Supervisor Dawn Rowe's office did the Ribbon Cutting. George Everett, David Wilder, Scott Ward (Field rep) Angie & Gabe DeLa Rosa and Kathleen Texter were present.

Tumbleweed Snowman Thursday Dec 19th from 5:30 - 7:30 will be Santa Visit, photos with Santa and Snowman. Hot Chocolate and Cookies served....Caroling too.
